AQVA
L'eau : pour une petite et heureuse partie du monde c'est la conséquence d'un geste simple : tourner un bouton ou soulever un petit levier, et l'eau coule vite, fraîche et propre en un flux continu et abondant.

          Description

          The title
For a small but lucky part of the world it is the result of a simple gesture: turning on the tap or moving a tiny leve... and there is the water, running quickly, fresh and clean, in a continuous and plentiful flow. Water. In other places, women and children carry empty pots towards a well, a long way away. They sing to the rhythm of their steps, with the song slower on the way back, with heavy water pots on their heads: hope and life balanced above slender bodies proceeding over a parched land. Water. Water was the source of inspiration for this piece, dedicated to a famous town in Friuli, a region in the north-east of Italy, famous not only for its production of fine wines but also for its numerous springs of bubbling water: Bertiolo.
