CONCERTINO PER OBOE
Following his Concertinos for saxophone, trombone (or euphonium), trumpet, and flute, Pusceddu adds a new work for oboe in the traditional three-movement form (Allegro–Andante–Allegro), featuring a moderately difficult band accompaniment and a technically demanding solo part.
Description
After those for saxophone, trombone (or euphonium), trumpet and flute, Pusceddu composed the Concertino for Oboe; as in the previous works, the band part is of medium difficulty, while the solo part requires a good technical level. The composition follows the classical Allegro–Andante–Allegro form. The work is dedicated to the oboist Roberta Deiana, friend and collaborator of the composer.
