DISCOVERIA (fanfare)

"Discoveria" describes the first months of a child's life. It is impressive that it is precisely in the first months and years of life that people take their greatest developmental steps. This is due to curiosity and the will to discover. What is remarkable in this context is the determination with which children in infancy realize their plans, whether it is reaching seemingly unreachable objects in a room, or the first steps that babies already take at the age of about one year - always borne by the will not to be discouraged by disappointments. "Discoveria" is dedicated to Tobias Nikolaus, the composer's son.
