SYMPHONIC SKETCHES

For the event of Bergamo and Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023, the Brescia Musical Bands Association ABMB commissioned Luciano Feliciani to create an original piece dedicated to this prestigious occasion. Thus, SYMPHONIC SKETCHES was born, inspired by the 'historical' contrast between the two cities and, therefore, structured on two contrasting themes that develop separately and independently throughout the piece. In the finale, the synthesis of the two themes is achieved, now transformed into a joyful and majestic celebration of this important milestone for the cities of Bergamo and Brescia.
